| Vishal Kotkar | Re: asc osmania university The UGC, in pursuance of the NEP 1986, launched the Academic Staff College (UGC - Human Resource Development Centre) Programme for promoting quality in higher education. In this endeavor, 66 Academic Staff Colleges (UGC-Human Resource Development Centres) were established in different Universities all over India, fully funded by the UGC. Recently the name of Academic Staff College changed to UGC- HRDC. The Eligibility Criteria of the Orientation & Refresher Courses of the Osmaina University is given below Eligibility Criteria Lecturers working on a regular basis in UGC / State scales. Temporary / Contract teachers who have been teaching for at least two academic sessions in an institution which is affiliated to a University for at least two years. Admission Details The lecturers have to apply for OC / RC through proper channel. The Human Resource Development Centre will send the admission letter to the eligible candidates. Along with the relieving orders, the applicant should bring the Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- payable at Hyderabad favoring the Director, UGC -HRDC, Osmania University, Hyderabad towards Registration fees AT THE TIME OF JOINING THE COURSE. There should be a gap of one year between two courses. The candidate should have a minimum two years of service for joining into Refresher Course.
