The university provides an American-style education modelled by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania CDC/CCC-University Bursary The CDC/CCC-University Bursary is a scheme for needy Singaporean students. It is co-funded by the Government, Community Development Council (CDC) and Citizens' Consultative Committee (CCC). Quantum Tier 1: $4,000 (tenable for 1 year of study) Tier 2: $3,750 (tenable for 1 year of study) Eligibility Full-time subsidised undergraduate student Singapore Citizen Not in receipt scholarship, study award, study grant, and/or bursary covering tuition fees and a monthly/annual living allowance. Tier 1: PCI not exceeding $625 or GHI not exceeding $2,500 Tier 2: PCI between $626 and $1,000 or GHI between $2,501 and $4,000 Conditions of Award A student must not concurrently receive the CDC/CCC-University Bursary and MOE Bursary. A student in receipt of a partial scholarship may be allowed concurrent receipt with CDC/CCC-University Bursary, subject to terms and conditions of the scholarship award. Repayment No repayment required. However, the bursary must be refunded in part or in full if the student withdraws from studies or studies terminated.
