Selection Process for AIIMS Ph.D Admission 2018: Written Exam Departmental Assessment. Exam pattern: The entrance exam will consist of a total of 80 marks. The exam will be held for a duration of 90 minutes. The question paper will consist of 50 questions for theory based multiple choice questions (MCQs) 30 questions for clinical/ practical/l ab based multiple choice questions.
