The Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board Recruitment (DSSSB) is on a recruitment drive for Primary Teachers. There are various vacancies to be filled in various departments. Eligibility: Educational Qualification Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent exam. Candidates should have 2 year diploma or Certificate course in Elementary Teachers Education or Junior Basic Training or equivalent or Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education. They must have qualified CTET. They are required to have passed Hindi as a subject at Secondary Level and English as a subject at Secondary Level or Senior Secondary level. For Primary Teachers (PRT): The candidates should have cleared Class XII examination with at least 60% marks through any board. They should have done a compulsory two-year course in D. Ed for teachers training in any reputed training school duly recognised by the Directorate of Education, Delhi Government. They must have qualified the centrally conducted Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET). Age Limit Maximum Age 30 years Age Relaxation SC/ST 05 years OBC 03 years PH 10 years Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination. Application Fee: General/UR/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 100 Ex-servicemen and Female/SC/ST/PH candidates don't have to pay any fee.
