| ReenaK | Re: Migration Certificate of Punjab University The process to download the Migration (N.O.C) Application Form from the official website of University of the Punjab, Lahore is as follows: Visit the official website of University of the Punjab Click to Downloads on the top of the home page Click to Migration (N.O.C) Form Again click to Migration (N.O.C) Form On the new page, you will get the Application Form That page will look like this:   Application Migration Form Fee Normal Fee: Rs. 2,720/- Urgent Fee: Rs. 5,460/- Candidates from other cities can send the form (with all requisite attested Documents) to the Registration Branch. All online branches of Habib Bank Ltd and United Bank Ltd can receive Challan forms for subject fee(Most of the branches are online with few exceptions in remote areas). Duration for issuance of NOC: For urgent NOC; it is next day, as the applicant delivers filled form by hand & fee is deposited in HBL branches of Old & New campuses only.
