KEAM 2017 examination will be conducted on April 24 and 25, 2017 by Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala. The application fee is Rs. 800 for general category candidates and Rs. 400 for SC candidates. ST candidates are exempted from fee payment. The fee Application Form is payble online through Net banking/ Debit/Credit Cards or through E-challan at SBT branches or the Post offices in Kerala only. KEAM Application Fee Category Application Fee General category Rs. 800 SC category Rs. 400 ST category Exempted from application fee Candidates opting for Dubai' Exam Centre (General Category) Rs. 12,000 (additional)+Rs.800= Rs. 12,800 SC candidates opting for Dubai' Exam Centre (SC Category) Rs. 12,000 (additional)+Rs.400= Rs 12,400 ST candidates opting for Dubai' Exam Centre Only Rs. 12,000 Mode of Payment Candidates can pay the application fee through the 2 following modes: Payment through Online Mode KEAM 2017 Application Fee payment can be done through Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card • Pay the fee using net banking/credit card/debit card • If the payment transaction is successful, one will be directed to the home page wherein the Payment Tab will reflect with Green colour. • If the payment is unsuccessful, a message will appear on the Payment Tab and one has to pay again by login. • If there is no status/final confirmation about the transaction or the payment, then one must again login and pay. Check the Payment Tab before making the payment again. If the tab is green, then the payment is successful, if not, then pay again. • If the money is debited from one’s account despite the unsuccessful fee payment, one has to pay again. The amount debited earlier will be credited back to theaccount in the next 5 days. Payment through E-Challan • One paying through E-challan need to take a printout of e-Challan by clicking on ’Print e-Challan’. One can pay the application fee in cash • Payment at all Head and Sub-Post Offices in Kerala state by using e-Challan generated during online submission of application. • Payment at any of the selected State Bank of Travancore (SBT) branches by using e-Challan. • Selected branches of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) in India or all Head and Sub-Post Offices in Kerala. • One needs to print the e-Challan and hand it over to the bank/post office along with the cash • Necessary entries will be made by the bank/post office officials both in their online portal and e-Challan form • The e-Challan must be collected back from the bank/post office official • One must ensure that the official has recorded the Transaction ID related to fee payment on one’s copy of the e-Challan and put the office stamp and initials at the place designated for it on the counterfoil. Rs. 25 needs to be paid as service charge in addition to the Application Fee. • If the payment is successful, the ‘Payment Application Fee’ tab on the candidate’s home page will turn green. • One must login to the website and check the status of the fee payment. This can be done through fee ‘Payment’ tab, through which one will get to know that the fee status has been updated by the bank/post office officials. |
