I am forwarding a link from where you can get the online payment
procedure of the GSPC GAS.
The link is:

After clicking on above link it’ll display a page looks same as the
image given below, on that link first of all you’ll enter your
Customer Id then enter Code & then Enter Verification Code & then
click on view bill amount.
