I want to apply for the FMGE but I have no idea about the application form so please can you give me the date of application form and provide me the page where I can download the Application Form?

You want get the application form for FMGE exam.
First of all I am giving you some information about FMGE.
The aim of this FMGE examination is getting provisional or permanent registration with the medical council of India.
FMGE is a screening test examination held two times in a year in the state of new Delhi.

Currently the National Board of Examination is not published any notification of FMGE 2013 but I am giving you the dates of last FMGE exam 2012 it will help you.
Recently FMGE exam was held in September 2012

Important dates:
Last date for Receipt of Application Forms : 11th June, 2012
Last date for Receipt of Application Forms (with late fees) : 29th
June, 2012
Dispatch of Admit Cards is likely to begin: last week of August 2012
Date of Exam: 30th September, 2012 (Sunday)
