My aunt is a retired professor from Calcutta Uni. Both she & her late husband taught in the Calcutta University. She now draws a family pension, which is her only livelihood. Lately, she is being asked to quote her pension id which has left her perplexed as she does not know what it is. Many phone calls to the university has left her question unanswered.

Could you please tell me how to look for the pension id for pensions in the Calcutta University?
