Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut has published the admit card for the MS/MV exam so you can download at official site and here I am giving you process for this as below:-

Process;-
First you should go to site then go to News and update of home page and you should click on the News and update and redirect to another page then select Download Admit Card then go to BDS / MDS EXAM 2012 now click on it then enter exam name and search by and form no. and submit.
