You can do M.Sc in CS, form Madurai Kamaraj University, but the following eligibility is required as

Eligibility;-
You should have B.sc in Math’s or Statistics or Physics or Electronics or Computer Science or Applied Science with 55% marks in Part III.

Selection;-
Admission is made on the university entrance test so here i am giving you entrance test pattern as

Objective type question and duration is 100 minutes

Entrance test syllabus for Computer Science:-
30% components of Mathematics at 10+2 level,
30% components of logical reasoning/analytical ability at the level of bachelor's degree,
10% components of proficiency in English at the level of Bachelor's Degree and introductory knowledge of computers and computer application at introductory level constituting 30%.
