How to get migration certificate from Gulbarga university pls suggest anyone here . pls share the link here . as i tried to do it in seva sindhu in Gulbarga university website . but its saying that it is moved to higher dept of education.

i have completed my B.ed from gulbarga university in the month of january 2016. But i have not received the certificate yet. Could you please forard the certificate by post. I have provisional certificate, Regd no - 1601088. Could you please help me.
