The Company Secretary Course and MBA Hr both are reputed and well known courses but both of different areas. CS is technical course related to accounting while MBA hr is management related course and prepares for careers in industries Human Resources. So here I would suggest you to select any course of your interest. The course of Company Secretary is prestigious and financially rewarding but it is differ from your field so think before joining it….
