2. Documents required attested copy of birth certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or District office of the Registrar of birth
and deaths for all born on or after
3. Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate showing applicant's date of birth, issued by the last school attended by the applicant.

Minimum Educational Qualifications
1. Certificate of Class VIII passed, or
2. Self Certificate (as mentioned at the back of Admission Form)
