I want to know the accommodation and the facilities in MTDC Karla ( Lonavala ) so will you please tell me?

MTDC resorts at Karla is located new Karla Caves Lonavala on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway just 10-12 Km away from Lonaval.

The place is quiet and has a lake behind it where you have boating facilities.

Campus is very big and with lots of trees. Monsoon is the best season to visit but it is beautiful even during other seasons.

The rooms are cottage style and have adequate amenities and attached bathrooms. The restaurant offers a multi cuisine .

Child under 4ft @ 200/- per head
Guest residing at6 MTDC Karla entring water park will charged 300/- per head.
Outsiders will be charged 350 /- per head.
Costumes on rent basis Rs 50/-

Boating (oct. to May)

Boating Timing : Time - 9.30 am to 1.00 pm & 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm

Paddle Boat for 15 Minunts @ 100/- per ride .
Water Scooter per ride 2 Minutes @ 60/-(Single Person)
Motor Boat for Persons per ride 10 Minutes @ Rs 200/-

Note : All Rates Subject to change Enter in Boating with Life Jackets Compulsory
Water sports activity will be Allowed if Entries are more than 15
Load Shading Approx : 5 hrs
