I want to do Master of Social Work (MSW) in Calicut University so can you tell me the eligibility and the fees of the course?

The Calicut University offers two year progarmme in Master of Social Work at the Centre for PG Studies in Social Work, Sulthan Bathery.

Master of Social Work (MSW)

Duration : Two year (4 Semester)

Sanctioned strength : 24+6 NRI

Eligibility :

Bachelors Degree in any discipline recognized by the University of Calicut with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks

Aggregate marks means the total marks obtained for part-1 English and part III (main and subsidiary) subjects.

For those disciplines, which do not have English, only main and subsidiary marks will be taken into consideration.

Mode of Selection :

On the basis of Entrance examination, Group discussion and personal interview conducted by the University.

Fee Structure :

Tuition fee – Rs.7,500/- per semester

NRI : US $ 750

Admission Fee – Rs.3,000/- (NRI seats-US $ 200)

Caution Deposit – Rs.2,000/-
