The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) is the fourth largest bank by market capitalisation in Australia, after the Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Banking Corporation and National Australia Bank. Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited Korea The opening of a branch of Australia and New Zealand Bank in Seoul in 1978 by ANZ's then wholly owned subsidiary ANZ Grindlays Bank Limited marked the commencement of ANZ's involvement in Korea. ANZ's Seoul branch offers a broad range of commercial banking products and services to support the activities of ANZ's international customers, and local customers, in their business activities in Korea. Its product range includes both trade finance services and corporate finance consisting of working capital loans, short term funding in both local Won currency and foreign currency, medium term loans and foreign currency term and revolving facilities. Treasury services are provided covering both money market activities and foreign exchange transactions. Interest rate swap services are also available. Other services include travellers' cheques and travel services, money transfers and remittances via drafts and/or telegraphic transfers.
