IAS stand for Indian Administrative Officer and this Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every years . The Examination is divided into three levels namely , Preliminary Examination (or) Civil Service Aptitude Test / Main Examination and Interview .

To apply for IAS Examination , You have to satisfy the eligibility Criteria ,

Eligibility Criteria Required for IAS Examination :-

Nationality :-
You should be Citizen of India .

Academic Qualification :-
You should Complete three years bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university. Pass Mark is enough to apply for this IAS Examination . Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination .

Age Limit :-
Your age should be 21 years to 30 years and relaxation will applicable for sc/st candidates and obc candidates .

Number for Attempts :-
Every candidates are permitted to apply for Attempt Examination Four times . If any candidates violating t the guide lines then their Application will be Rejected and relaxation will applicable for , OBC candidates for 7 times and there is no Limit for sc/st candidates .

Negative Marking :-
You have to note that there will Negative Marking for Wrong answers . So Far each wrong answers you loose your marks which you have already gained .
