The ranking for Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER Medical) MBBS Entrance Exam is based on the percentile and the marks scored by the candidate. The minimum cut off marks for all the categories:

• Unreserved (UR)/ OCI: 50 Percentile
• Unreserved (UR)/ OPH: 45 Percentile
• SC/ST/OBC: 40 Percentile
