William Carey International University WCIU properties exist to help fund the ongoing projects of the University, specifically the mission fulfilled by our academic department of “Preparing Men and Women to Discover and Address the ROOTS of Human Problems Around the World.” They are inspired by this idea that they can contribute to that effort with monies collected from rentals for housing, dorms, conferences, catering, etc. WCIU properties Dormitories- The Aylward House is an on campus housing opportunity for students of many different colleges and universities in Pasadena and the surrounding communities. Some of their residents attend Providence Christian College, Excelsior High School, Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena City College, Cal Tech, The Language Institute, JPL, and Azusa Pacific University, Some of our residents are not students, but University employees, on campus agency employees, or Pasadena residents looking for high quality accommodations at a low cost. The Aylward House is located on the campus of William Carey International University in Pasadena, California. The university is nestled near the foothills and is in the heart of the beautiful San Gabriel Valley. Pasadena is known worldwide as the host of the Tournament of Roses parade and the Rose bowl. It is also rich in that it is the home of some of the world’s most renowned art & culture institutions. Residential- Our off campus housing consists of 145 units varying from studio apartments all the way up to 4 bedroom homes. Their largest quantity of homes consists of small 1 bedroom units and 2 bedroom homes. Their pricing is some of the best in the San Gabriel Valley and in comparison with other homes in our area is tough to beat. Check out one of our homes online or meet with one of their team so that they can help you find your home with them in the foothills of Pasadena. Offices- They prefer to rent office space to organizations with a similar mission and purpose to WCIU’s. By partnering with like-minded organizations they are able to better share resources and information allowing us to all be more effective. Some of their largest partners on campus are currently: Providence Christian College, Sovereign Grace Church, Judson Elementary School, Excelsior High School, Pasadena Waldorf High School, Pacific Palisades Institute, and HRock Church Offices. Overnight You might be in Pasadena to visit a student attending college nearby, to spend a few days on vacation or for business, and you are looking for a lower-cost place to stay. They have set aside several rooms in our on-campus housing for that very purpose. Conference Center - William Carey International University and U.S. Center for World Mission was founded by Ralph and Roberta Winter in 1976 for the purpose of awakening God's people around the world to the cause of reaching the unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our 35-acres facility in Pasadena is humming with excitement as the countdown moves forward.
