I heard Ashok Chawla take over as YES Bank non-executive chairman last year, is it so, plz let me know about it

YES BANK is India's fifth largest private sector Bank, founded by Rana Kapoor in 2004.

As per sources former CCI head Ashok Chawla take over as Non-Executive Part-time Chairman of YES Bank last year from October as the lender has received approval from the Reserve Bank for this appointment.

According to YES Bank Chawla’s appointment is for a period of three years, with effect from the date of joining the bank.
