I shifted to Delhi and completed my master degree planning to pursue PhD degree form Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI). Will you tell what the IARI PhD Eligibility so that I can apply for admission here also provide all important dates for taking admission in IARI?

The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), more commonly known as Pusa Institute, is located in Delhi, India.

The Institute was established in 1905 and is administrated by the ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research).

The University Doctoral Degrees in 26 varied disciplines of Agricultural field. The application for the Doctoral Degrees begins February followed by an Entrance Examination in April.

PhD Eligibility:

A student in order to take admission in any of the Doctoral courses offered by the University need to fulfill the following conditions:

Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree under 10+2+4 or 10+2+3 or 10+1+4 system.
Candidate must hold a Degree in M.Sc./ M.Sc. (Ag.)/ M.Tech/ M.E. with at least 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST/ PC candidates) or an OGPA (Overall Grade Point average) of 7.5 out of 10.0, or 3.75 out of 5.0, or 3.0 out of 4.0, or 2.25 out of 3.0.
Candidate should be 21 years old at least at the time of admission.
