To get an Official Transcript, please go through following steps:

Download important application form from official website of Rajasthan Technical University.

Fill the total form accurately.

Attach (a) Copy of stamp sheets of all semesters issued amid the course (b) Copy of Consolidated check sheet and Provisional degree declaration (c) Copy of check sheet of class X or Birth Certificate (d) Photo duplicate of Personal ID (e) adequate number of A4 size clear envelopes (f) Copy of home/address ID. All records ought to be decipherable and on A4 measure paper.

Encase a D/D of sum @ Rs.300/ - for semester shrewd transcript (per set) or Rs.600/ - for subject astute transcript (per set) for Registrar, Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Payable at Kota.
