Institute of Intellectual Property Studies (IIPS)was set up in 2000 by the Shri Vileparle Kelavani Mandal, envisioning future requests for learning on best practices in the administration and creative usage of advancement, for building center capabilities in protected innovation law and for the improvement of solid approaches to control mechanical development. Toward that path, IIPS gives extensive preparing in the review and utilization of the different types of scholarly properties like licenses, copyrights, trademarks, outlines, and so forth.

Affirmation Procedure for IIPS Courses

To select submit online Application Form and printed version of the same with 1 visa, 2 Stamp estimate photos and validated duplicate of Mark sheets and Degrees.

PATENT LAW and PRACTICE (PGDPLP) Course expenses can be paid in 2 portions by non-supported candidate.

Extra 12.36% administration expense will be relevant for here and now programs.

Course/Program expenses is acknowledged by DD just, for "SVKM's NMIMS – IIPS" payable at Mumbai.

Course expenses paid won't be discounted. (According to the Rules and Regulation of the University).

Confirmations/Certificates will be granted just subject to satisfaction of underneath criteria
