As per me IIT Bombay offered 3D Architectural Visualization courses to trained personnel who can create photo realistic architectural visualizations are required in the real estate industry

Course content

importing architectural drawings,
creating 3D structure
applying material/texture/lights,
placing camera, and
rendering the output


Requirements

SKANI101x course on IITBombayX, Basics of Architecture OR Interior decoration. Go to Prerequisites tab in the Courseware if you haven't done the SKANI101xA course. Attempt Quiz 1 to access your knowledge about Blender.
