Job Description

- Assessment, Selection, development for all training verticals staff
- Well-versed with different learning methodologies. strategic planning & executing training annual plans
- Build and motivate a strong, competent team.
- Analyze & define internal developmental plans for over all organizational growth & improving capabilities.
- General Trouble shooting during product discipline and team concept & 5S activities on shop floor safety procedures
- Commissioning the vehicle, minor troubleshooting, Up keeping of M/ C

Desire Profile:-
- Candidate must be MBA(HR)
- 10-15 years exp in any manufacturing company
- Candidate should be from a manufacturing industry.
