The Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC) is a research and development unit of the Indian Department of Atomic Energy. The VECC is located in Kolkata, India and performs research in basic and applied nuclear sciences and development of latest accelerators.

• Students must be studying in one of the following engineering streams:

Important Information
Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics,
Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Nuclear, Material
Students must NOT bring with them following items. Students in possession
of these items will be refused entry inside VECC.
cameras/binoculars/pagers
Radio/Transistors/Tape/Tape Recorders/Audio-Video Cassette
Players
Fire arms/lethal weapons/explosives
All types of computer media storage devices e.g., CD, Floppy, Pen
Drive, External Internet (dongle)
Digital diary/laptop/palm top/PCs etc
Film rolls (exposed/unexposed)

The seminar would be organized in four different time slots.
a) 10:30hrs – 11:30hrs
b) 12:00hrs – 13:00hrs
c) 14:30hrs – 15:30hrs
