The Illinois State University has a National Board Resource Center. The National Board Resource Center at Illinois State University was established in 1999. This is one of five national centers by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS). The NBRC shares resources nationally and has been a leader in building the Illinois program.
