Don’t worry I will get information of VIT Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) along with dates to get admit card and also want to tell you that in admit card you will get information like schedule, roll number, all personal information, exam centres etc. Tentative dates VITEEE NRI/Foreign students Application Form September Last week, 2017 VITEEE Application Form begins November 2nd week, 2017 Last date for issue/receipt of NRI Application Form April last week, 2018 Last date for issue/receipt of Foreign Application Form June 2nd week, 2018 Last date for issue/receipt of Application Form March 2nd week, 2018 Last date for editing submitted online Application Form March 2nd week, 2018 CBT Slot Booking March 3rd week, 2018 Admit card download March 3rd week, 2018 VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE 2018) April 1st week to April 2nd week, 2018 VITEEE 2018 Entrance exam result On or before April Last week, 2018 Exam pattern Mode Online or Computer Based Test Duration 2 hours 30 minutes (Slot wise exam) Sections Physics Chemistry Mathematics/Biology English section Number of Questions Each section will carry 40 questions, except in English section English section will have only 5 questions Types of Questions Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) For each question, there will be four options, among which candidates has to choose only one correct option. In English section, three questions will be asked from reading comprehension and two will be regarding grammar and punctuation. Marking Scheme For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. There is no negative marking. Eligibility Candidates appearing for the VITEEE should have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate). The average marks obtained in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology (PCM / PCB) in +2 (or its equivalent) put together should be 50% for the SC/ST & North Eastern State. Candidates who have studied in Regular, Full Time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply. 'NIOS' candidates are eligible to appear for the VITEEE. |
