As you asking here I am telling how to Activate standard chartered ATM card through SMS:

SMS ACT last four digits of your card number to 75722
For example: ACT 5432
SMS to +65 9617 6495 if you are overseas or using an international phone number

Your mobile phone number is required to enable and disable overseas ATM cash withdrawal.
A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone and this OTP is to be used for card activation.

If you have an Online Banking token, please note that the OTP generated from the device is only for online banking transactions and is not applicable for card activation.

Please update your mobile phone number via Online Banking or call standard chartered 24-hour Phone Banking on 1800 747 7000.
