The Massachusetts Mental Health Center provides comprehensive services to Department of Mental Health (DMH) eligible adults and adolescents. These services include: A large outpatient clinic that provides ongoing individualized care to more than 1000 individuals through various specialized programs. These programs include a general adult outpatient psychiatry service, a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program, a Problematic Sexual Behavior (MI/PSB) program, a Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program, a Prevention and Recovery in Early Psychosis (PREP) program, a Homeless Mentally Ill program and a Health and Recovery Substance Abuse (HARP) program. A Partial Hospital Program with specialized DBT and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) treatment teams. A 40-bed transitional residential program (the Fenwood Inn) An outpatient training clinic that serves non-DMH eligible individuals A DMH case-management department that manages the care of nearly 300 individuals An Intake and Evaluation Department that provides thorough psychiatric and psycho-social evaluations for nearly two-hundred individuals each year A Clozapine Clinic that carefully monitors clozapine therapy for hundreds of individuals Numerous contracted services including: Community Rehabilitation Services (CRS), a PACT team (Program of Assertive Community Treatment) and numerous community-based residential programs. A Medical Monitoring/Health and Wellness Clinic that provides assessment and education regarding the risks of medical morbidity associated with major mental illness.
