SSC Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) level examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission SSC for the recruitment for the post of Data Entry Operator, Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant (PA/SA), Lower Division Clerk and Court Clerk. SSC CHSL Exam Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. Age Limit: A candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 27 years Relaxation of Upper Age Limit: Category Age-Relaxation permissible beyond the Upper age limit SC/ ST 5 years OBC 3 years PH 10 years PH + OBC 13 years PH + SC/ST 15 years Ex-Servicemen (Unreserved / General) 03 years after deduction of the military service rendered Ex-Servicemen (OBC) 06 years ( 3 years + 3 years) after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date. Ex-Servicemen (SC/ST) 08 years ( 3 years + 5 years) after deduction of the military service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date Central Govt. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. |
