According to me no University of Jammu in Jammu and Kashmir is not an fake university and here I will get details of university.

The University of Jammu is at currently located on the banks of the Tawi River which was setup with 7 off-sites campuses at Bhaderwah, Kistwar, Poonch, Reasi, Rannagar, Kathua and Udhampur.
