About the B.tech Program :

The main objective of the B.Tech program at IIIT-Delhi is to develop students such that they are well prepared with the necessary core competencies and problem solving and innovation skills needed to succeed in engineering/entrepreneurship careers, and who are well prepared to undertake higher studies and research careers.

Eligibility Criteria

A non-science candidate who has undertaken qualifying examination from the school located in Delhi (having PIN CODE of Delhi) and has secured 80 percent or more marks in aggregate for five subjects and 80% or more in Mathematics in class XII from CBSE or equivalent board is eligible for applying to IIIT-D.

Total Fee to be paid for First year :
Rs 2,50,000 + Rs 10,000(Refundable Security Deposit)

Fees to be paid at the time of admission
1,35,000 (Balance fee of Rs. 1,25,000/- to be paid in the month of January 2018)
