Economically backward scholarships in MU

request for information on economically backward scholarships in mu

my friend is a student of A.C. Patil college of engg. of electronics branch. his father suffres from fits and hence he is unable to stay in one particular job for a long time. as a result my friend is unable to pay his entire fee. Last year he was in his second year and has paid Rs 15000. this year he has paid Rs 9000. each years fee is Rs 44000. already he was asked to take a year off since he was unable to pay his fee. he is an above average student. this year they are asking him to pay his last years fee or else he won;t be able to sit for his exams. i request you to kindly inform me about all the scholarships available for undergraduate students of mumbai university from economically backward class.
