The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is a public engineering institution located at Powai, Mumbai, India. On July 10, 2018 IITB was awarded the Institute of Eminence title. IIT Bombay was founded in 1958.

The Ekalavya program of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay is given below

Ekalavya program
A brain child of Prof. DB Phatak, Ekalavya IIT Bombay aims to enable better educational order and facilities for Indian students by using information and communication technologies to develop innovative channels of knowledge dissipation.

Duration:
This eight (8) week Ekalavya IIT Bombay internship program generally commences in second week of May and ends in 1st week of July.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this Ekalavya IIT Bombay internship, you must satisfy the following requirements:

Students currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

Who will be completing 3rd year in April/May 2018. Those completing 2nd year, with exceptional academic performance and other achievements may also be considered.

Stipend
They will not be extending any financial support except paying your enrollment fees (which is Rs. 6000) to IIT Bombay.
