• Loan sanction letter from Financial Institution addressed to CIDCO mentioning borrower’s name with property details
• NOC from Society / Association (if applicable)
• Loan clearance certificate from earlier Financial Institutions (if applicable)
• * Affidavit-cum-undertaking on Rs. 100/- stamp paper duly Notarized for not availed loan from any Financial Institutions
• Copy of Agreement to Lease duly Registered with Sub-Registrar of Assurance (if applicable)
• Service Charges Nil Balance Certificate from Accounts Section (if applicable) Water Charges Nil Balance Certificate from Accounts Section (if applicable)
