Default Re: PDB File RSCB

The Protein Data Bank (PDB) archive is the single worldwide repository of information about the 3D structures of large biological molecules, including proteins and nucleic acids

The Protein Data Bank (PDB) format provides a standard representation for macromolecular structure data derived from X-ray diffraction and NMR studies.

This representation was created in the 1970's and a large amount of software using it has been written.

List of some services offered:

Prepare Data
pdb_extract
SF-Tool
Ligand Expo

MAXIT
