UNIT 3 – SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST CHILDREN PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM SEXUAL OFFENCES ACT, 2012(POCSO) 18Hrs. COURSE OUTCOME: On completion of the course the students will be able to CO1: This course will make the students to understand the importance of Juveniles delinquency and the impact of juvenile delinquency. CO2: It emphasized the students to understand about the offences against the child. CO3: It brings knowledge about the POCSO Act which is available for the protection of the child. CO4: It creates awareness to the students about the legislative approach to reduce the offences against the child. CO5: This Course will equip the students with the knowledge of preventive strategies and the role of Non-Governmental organization.
