Currently there is no notification for the post of faculty in IIT Roorkee, Next Recruitment for the post of Faculty is in near future. I am here providing you the qualification & Experience required for the post.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Professor: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor.

2. Associate Professor: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.

3. Assistant Professor: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least 3 years industrial/research/teaching experience.

4. Lecturer: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
