For the result of the GATE exam log on the official website of the GATE examination or IIT Delhi where you see the Result section and when you click on this option you will redirected on the result section page just like below mention image



On this type the Registration Number and date of birth in the bank text box and click on the submit button for the result, best of luck for the result
