Is free hold policy is been introduced by upsidc

Yes .UPSIDC recommendation to make lease hold plots freehold has been approved by UP government.And These plots would be treated as freehold plots.

There is not a concrete knowledge whether the free hold policy has been launched.if so then why project offices are not implementing it.
