Xavier University is a co-educational Jesuit, Catholic university in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. The school is the sixth-oldest Catholic and fourth-oldest Jesuit university in the United States.

About the Health Insurance Plan :

Student health insurance plan, unless proof of coverage is furnished through the waiver process. All full time students must follow this requirement each academic year. This helps ensure access to medical care for our students and protects their investment in a Xavier education

Eligibility Criteria

All full-time undergraduate students (taking at least 12 credit hours) and International students with F-1 and J-1 Visas will be automatically enrolled in and charged for the plan, unless proof of comparable coverage is furnished.


Instructions for Student Health Insurance Waiver

Automatically enrolled in and charged a premium of $2350.00 (Annual 2016-17) for Xavier's student health insurance plan, and

Are covered by other insurance and wish to remove the charge from their bursar bill. If you are NOT a full time undergraduate who meets these criteria and there is no charge for student health insurance on your bursar account you do not have to waive the insurance premium and no action is needed on your part.
