The Esprit is the Annual International Management Fest organised by the Department of Management Studies, Christ University, Bangalore, India for students pursuing their undergraduate education in Commerce and Management streams.

With over 25 years of excellence in management and business since the inception of their department, they intend to make the fest larger than ever.

The objective of the event is to identify entrepreneurial talent and to tap the right potential in the participants around the world.

The prize money for the winner is Rs. 30,000, first runners up Rs. 20,000 and second runners up Rs. 10,000.

The two day extravaganza, will witness the coalescence of the finest exponents of managerial acumen, as they compete in a series of events in a bid to emerge victorious.

Esprit has successfully surfaced as a brand in itself, invoking participation from hundreds of students from different management institutions and universities across India and abroad.

It provides a platform for students to showcase their managerial skills vis-à-vis real life business scenarios that challenge them to think on the go, and apply everything they’ve learnt with split-second precision.
