The AIPMT exam is replaced by NEET. The counselling conducting authority of NEET for 15% All India Quota seats, Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), will declare NEET seat allotment result in two rounds only. The counselling of NEET is scheduled to be conducted in the month of June. NEET is a national level entrance exam for providing admissions to approximately 52,300 MBBS and BDS seats in the country. According to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) data, a total of 875 out of 3,179 undergraduate medical and dental seats under AIPMT All India 15% quota scheme were returned to the states after AIPMT Counselling Round 3. Out of the 875 seats returned, 744 are from MBBS and 131 from BDS programmes.
