The Air Force Station at Sambra
Sambra is a small village situated at a distance of 17 Kms from Belgaum Railway Station. It is surrounded by hills and is connected with Belgaum city by a state highway.

Personal Health Requirement.
It is in your interest to take both the shots of vaccination for chicken pox, well before commencing journey for joining BTI (405 Air Force Station, Belgaum) for undergoing Capsule-I Training. This would avoid your missing training for long due to chicken pox.

Personal Safety Requirement.
During rail travel to BTI Belgaum, take all personal safety precautions like not accepting eatables/drinks/tea from co-passenger, taking care of your baggage and carrying chain & lock to secure it at railway station as well as in the train, eating only from authorised contractors/vendors, not entraining/detraining when the train is on the move, taking care that no spraying by a co-passenger makes you incapacitated when you are asleep so that you do not lose your luggage and valuables.
