1. NOC from Airport Authority in case of Building Height more than 50 R.L.
2. Indemnity Bond on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper for Podium / Ramp/ Compound wall etc.
3. Letter from Structural Engineer for confirmation of column position.
4. Affidavit for “No Court Matter” on Rs. 100/- Stamp paper.
5. Draft Sale Agreement incorporating conditions of handing over of Fitness Centre / Society Office in case of proposals having Fitness Centre & Society Office.
6. Copy of Aesthetic approval from Sr. Planner (C) in case of social facility plots.
7. Attested copy of Tripartite Agreement between CIDCO, original licensee & New Licensee, if plot has been transferred
8. Transfer Order from Estate Section in case of transferred plots.
9. Appointment letter of licensed plumber from Licensee.
10. Acceptance & Supervision Memo from Licensed Plumber.
