The State Council for Science, Technology & Environment is the nodal agency for the promotion of Science & Technology and creation of Environment Awareness in the State.

The Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment was constituted in November 2002 as an autonomous body to encourage and promote Science and Technology.
