Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Tiruchirapalli was established in 2011

As you want here I am telling IIM Trichy PGPM program Admission Criteria

Admission criteria
Students must have Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA 45% in case of the Students belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)] awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or must possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Admission process of IIM Trichy takes into consideration the candidate’s performance in CAT, performance in Personal Interview (PI) and Written Analysis Test (WAT), academic record and relevant work experience.

1. CAT score: 50 per cent weightage.

2. Written Analysis Test (15 per cent weightage):

Vocabulary, content of writing and writing skills

3. Personal Interview (15 per cent weightage):


Academic Efforts and Disposition
Managerial and Leadership Attributes
General Awareness and Disposition
Communication, Attitude, and Personality
Co-curricular and Extra-curricular Activities

4. Work experience (based on quantum and quality of work experience): 5 per cent weightage

5. Performance at Undergraduate level: 10 per cent weightage.
6. Master’s degree or Professional Qualification: 2 per cent weightage
7. Gender Diversity: 3 per cent weightage for female candidates.
