Re: xavier university east campus development Xavier University Master Plan : With current and planned growth, a marked increase in the non-traditional student population, and substantial new land acquisitions, the University was faced with decisions regarding new building facilities This east campus area is comprised of newly acquired industrial land that the University seeks to redevelop in order to physically engage XU with the surrounding residential communities and to provide for much needed University related community services. In addition, MSA has been instrumental in the analysis, projection, and planning of various athletic and recreational facilities for the campus plan, including potential redevelopment of existing soccer facilities, a new baseball field, and a student recreation center.
